"Nancy was incredibly helpful to me when I had to make so many decisions during our remodel. She had many wonderful suggestions that I would never have thought of on my own. The end product turned out beautifully." ~ S.R.L., client
Having a beautiful home that tells your story, from your favorite colors to the things you’ve collected, has a tremendous effect on your health and well being.

When you invest in getting your home right, instead of feeling frustrated with things that don’t work, you’re happy.  Your friends and family are happy too.

My background isn’t the norm for most interior designers and that’s been an advantage for me. As a kid, I grew up with a crazy-fun adopted aunt who was an interior designer.  She immersed me in the world of design, taking me to antique auctions and strolls along Decorator’s Walk.

We moved a lot and redecorating became a way of life.
BACK THEN, I didn't think interior design was a serious career so when I went to college, I got a business degree.  I thought working in a big corporation would make me happy and for a while it did.  I moved up the ladder and even got a Masters Degree in Business from the University of Southern California.
What I really loved was interior design and decorating. I filled my spare time remodeling several homes, helping friends with their decorating projects, and assisting benefit groups like the Red Cross and our church with decor for their big events. EVENTUALLY, I decided to make my passion a full time job. In 2000, I left corporate America and opened a design firm in the Los Angeles area. All of those business and people skills really helped me in the world of interior design.
Clients said I really listened to them.

I didn’t have a design agenda I was trying to talk them into. And I was organized. They were happy, told their friends,  and those friends would call me for design projects.

My business grew quickly and I continued to learn and grow.  I became a Certified Interior Designer in the State of California, a member of the American Society of Interior Designers and the National Kitchen and Bath Association.
In 2015,

I made a radical personal move. After a lot of soul searching, my husband and I sold our suburban family home - the one the kids grew up in - and bought a condo at the beach. It was a big process, not only physically, but mentally too.

I sold 80% of what I owned, embraced a completely new lifestyle, and absolutely love it. Which brings me to you...
